All our products are made and shipped from Turkey. Order processing time is 2 to 3 business days . During periods of high demand or promotions, this time may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days from the time the order is shipped. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary slightly.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced in our store.

Since many of our artisan partners are located outside the EU, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply, depending on the destination and the contents of the order. These charges, if incurred, are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. Casa Serena is not responsible for these additional costs.

4. Transporters

We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to track your delivery.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we may reship it once the package is returned, incurring additional charges.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders
