Casa Serena Returns Policy

At Casa Serena, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We know that sometimes it is necessary to return a product, so we have created a clear and simple returns policy to make the process as easy as possible, here's how it works!

How long do you have to make a return?
Our returns policy is for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Requirements for a return
For an item to be eligible for return:

It must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
There are some products that cannot be returned:
Perishable products such as food or flowers.
Gift cards

Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after several days:
Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card provider, as there may be additional processing time.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refund.

Exchanges
We will replace items only if they are faulty or damaged. To exchange an item, please email us at hola@casaserenaliving.com.

Gift Policy
If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Otherwise, the original purchaser will be refunded.
