Vintage Kilim Cushion No. 51 - Authentic Nomadic Treasure

Each cushion is made with a 100% wool front sourced from vintage Turkish kilim rugs 30–40 years old or more, handwoven using traditional Anatolian techniques. The reverse side is 100% cotton with a concealed zipper.

These cushion covers are authentic examples of upcycling that preserve the history and symbolism of the original kilims, whose tribal designs were created by weavers who incorporated protective motifs of fertility and abundance into each piece. Made from fragments of authentic vintage rugs, each cushion is completely unique and tells its own story.

The natural imperfections of the fabric, the nuances in color, and the slight variations in pattern are testament to its handcrafted origin and age, characteristics that lend authenticity and character to each piece. Actual colors may vary slightly from the photographs due to the vintage nature of the materials and lighting conditions.

For its care, professional dry cleaning is recommended exclusively to preserve the integrity of the antique wool fibers and the original natural dyes.
